Monday Moments — Free online offering

How do we maintain our stability, presence, and joy on a busy Monday? In a society where we are told to keep going and that we are never enough, it sometimes feels like we can not even catch our breath. IDPs Monday Moment offers a space for you to take a break (from work/teaching/child care) and to come exactly as you are.

Awake in Urban Nature – Central Park

Sunday, October 20th, 2024

The season is changing day by day. Now we are heading to the depths of Autumn. We will find colors, smells, and sounds completely different from summertime. Let’s explore the park. This time, we will hold a meditation event at the Great Hill in Central Park. We will have an interesting walking meditation around the pool, too.
