Deepen & Share Your Practice

IDP’s Training Programs integrate traditional teachings in contemplation, ethics, and wisdom to help you create a harmonious life for yourself and others. Incorporating multi-lineage practices, western psychology, and practical philosophy, we help everyone live in balance with our complex and interdependent world.

As a multi-lineage center, our unique teacher training programs enable students of many traditions to learn to offer meditation and mindfulness to adults and children with integrity and wisdom.

Wellbeing

The Path of Well-Being is a course of study and meditation developed as a training to help you relate to your body and mind with acceptance and openness. Discover a sense of peace and ease in your life which doesn’t depend on eradicating pain, generating pleasant feelings, or creating ideal circumstances. Experienced teachers Dan Cayer and Kimberly Brown will guide you to transform experiences of suffering and stress into openness and self-acceptance. Next program begins in January.
