Become a Meditation Teacher

We’ve been training teachers since 2011. Our esteemed Mindfulness Teacher Training is the only IMTA accredited program in New York, and graduates include leaders in the dharma and mindfulness communities, social justice advocates, and professionals in many fields. Our Teaching Mindfulness to Children program provides teachers, parents, and child professionals with the skills they need to create kind and mindful environments. We incorporate multi-lineage practices, western psychology, and practical philosophy, to enable students of many traditions to learn to offer traditional techniques to adults and children with integrity and wisdom.
