Event and Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

NOTE: PLEASE SEE TRAINING PROGRAM PAGES FOR THEIR SPECIFIC REFUND POLICIES. THE POLICY BELOW IS FOR OUR GENERAL EVENTS, CLASSES, AND WORKSHOPS ONLY.

Please contact us via email if you’re unable to attend an event for which you’ve registered. We will issue a refund or credit as per the below terms:

  • If a registration is canceled more than 72 hours before an event, you will receive a refund less a 10% processing fee.

  • If a registration is canceled 24-72 hours before an event begins, you will received credit in the amount paid, which may be applied to future classes and events. 

  • If a registration is canceled less than 24 hours before an event begins neither refunds nor credits are available. 

If IDP cancels an event for which you’ve registered, we will refund your payment or issue credit as you choose, within 7 days.

To apply credit, email info@theidproject.org at least one week before the program or event to which you are requesting that your credit be applied.

Credits must be used within one year of issue.
