Our monthly Half-Day Meditation Retreats are designed for new meditators, people who want to sit for a longer period of time without attending a full retreat, and an opportunity for experienced students to cultivate their practice.  We'll have periods of sitting and walking meditation, and time for discussion and Q&A. This month’s retreat is led by IDP teachers Manaslu Gurung and Maui Villapando.

Scientific research indicates that practicing meditation regularly has many benefits, including a stress relief, anxiety management, and better concentration and focus. You can read more about this here and here.

Beginners are welcome. Chairs and cushions will be provided.

  • Members: $30

  • Full Fee: $40

This program is offered on a sliding fee scale. Please select the highest amount you can comfortably afford to support this and other donation-based initiatives.  IDP Members, please select the middle rate.  Students, seniors, and unemployed persons, please select the lowest rate.
