This workshop is for worriers at all levels. No matter what your flavor of anxiety - overthinking, overplanning, overstressing about a third example - IDP teacher Sagar Bhatt invites you to this informal forum to connect on our daily struggles, as an opportunity to examine together the private conversations we carry on in our own minds. All. The. Damn. Time. Sagar will share practical tools of mindfulness and compassion, and together we’ll meditate formally, talk casually, ask questions, and--who knows--we might even have some fun.
