Submitted by Darren Dyke on Tue, 10/15/2013, 8:23am
Recorded in May at IDP in NYC, Sharon discusses the Three Trainings of ethics, concentration, and wisdom. Ethics grounds us in compassion and ease of heart; concentration trains us in steadiness and peace of mind; and wisdom opens up our understanding of our own true nature and the nature of life itself.
