Refund Policy

Dear Friends,

Due to our restricted administrative resources we are enforcing the follwing refund policy for all of our programming:

1. If a registration is cancelled more than 72 hours ahead of time, we can offer a refund minus 10% processing fee. This is the only time we can offer any refund.

2. If a registration is cancelled 0-72 hours before program start, we can offer a credit for that $ amount, (or offer to put the credit toward a membership)

3. If a registration is cancelled after the program start, we CANNOT offer credit unless in the case of emergency. We can not offer refunds in this case without extraordinary circumstances.
