Aside from our Drop-In Classes, the IDP also offers classes for folks who want a more formalized study environment. The Heartcore Dharma classes are a great way to establish or strengthen a regular meditation practice and develop one's knowledge of Buddhism's amazing array of philosophies, morality, and practical life lessons.

The Heartcore Dharma Classes are a great way to get a strong foundation in Buddhist Philosophy and a personal Meditation Practice. This course investigates the root teachings from the point of view of the three main Schools of Buddhist Practice: Theravadan, Vajrayana (Tibetan) and Zen (Ch'an), as they relative to 21st century lifestyle and psychology. These courses are great for those who to learn about Buddhist Philosophy and establish or deepen their meditation practice.
