Meditation is a skill everyone can practice, using simple techniques to become present with your mind and your body. This winter, using traditional methods developed for modern people, learn to meditate in a welcoming and comfortable environment with experienced teachers. Sit still, develop your concentration, and bring a sense of ease and kindness to your life.

This course is designed for beginners or those wishing to refresh their practice.  It will include guided instruction and discussion, as well as one-on-one support.

No meditation experience is necessary. Chairs will be provided.
