Opening the Eye Mind : How Meditation, Art and the Six Senses Work Together
"..Art is a sense of paying attention to what you have, what you are, what you have available. When you pay attention, it makes things beautiful and workable, always." - Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
The Six Senses are the vehicles through which we connect with reality. By investigating these pathways we let go of the delusion that leads to aggression and struggle. Join us for a day long retreat where we will use meditation and creative practice as ways of learning to perceive, accept and reflect the beauty of the reality around us.
