"The Funny thing about a pre-conception is that you don't realize you have it, that's why it's called a pre-conception" - Bob

Join us at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a series of contemplative viewing exercises led by Sokuzan Bob Brown. We will utilize the richness of Modern Art to aid us in breaking down our habitual thinking. This event is open to all levels of meditation and Art Making experience. This is a unique opportunity to work with a master teacher in developing in-the-world awareness skills.

When you arrive at the Museum, come in through the main entry at the top of the large staircase at 82nd Street and Fifth Avenue. Once inside you will go through a brief security checkpoint. From there, please check in at the Group Registration Desk. A sign overhead will indicate which desk this is. If you have trouble finding us please call Patrick at 631-827-3392.
