Listening to the didgeridoo, having it played around the body, and feeling its powerful vibrations can facilitate deep meditation and enhance energy flow. The didgeridoo is a spiritual wind instrument that can be played for music, meditation and peace of mind.

In this workshop we will discuss how abrasive vibrations negatively affect the human body and how natural vibrations can be used to rejuvenate and heal. The discussion will be followed by an extended group didgeridoo meditation (approximately 45 minutes) in which participants set their intentions for entering this deep state of relaxation. This workshop also includes a brief history of the instrument and how to make and play your very own didgeridoo.

Didgeridoos and didgeridoo meditation CDs will be available for sale. For more information visit http://www.didgeproject.com.
