These classes are for folks who want a more formalized study environment with a highly experienced and engaging teacher. This is the best way to establish a true meditation practice and develop one's knowledge of Buddhism's amazing array of philosophies, morality, and practical life lessons.
We will cover a range of foundational topics in Buddhist philosophy from a variety of traditions and perspectives. Each week we will have assigned readings and homework that the group will be expected to complete before class. This course will also serve as a support for you to develop and sustain a daily meditation practice.
