Open Meditation Class with Ethan Nichtern

This class will be free to anyone taking either of our Fall Study Series which begin the following week on Wednesdays or Monday ($10 requested/$5 students otherwise). Ethan will discuss how practicing Buddhism and meditation in the 21st Century is necessarily different from practicing at any other time in history. How do we get firmly rooted on the path of meditation and make full use of Buddhist psychology and philosophy in 2009?

We will also have books on sale which will be used in the Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays series for students who would like to buy them.
