Seed More Opportunities

End of year Fundraising

Blue Spring Festival Event Poster (Facebook Post (Landscape)).png

In this new year, our goal is to continue with our mission and to create more opportunities to build sangha more consistently.

We would love if you would consider contributing to our organization so that we can continue to offer Scholarships for minority groups, including BIPOC, LGBTQI and folks with disabilities. AND Free and by-donation community events for those in need of financial assistance.

Last year, IDP continued with our acclaimed Meditation Teacher Training and Teaching Mindfulness to Children programs and developed two other new offerings:

  • Our mindfulness-based Professional Development program for training staff in NYC private, public and charter schools and educational spaces. Anticipated to be launched in Q1 of 2023.

  • Offering classes and workshops directly to our community. These classes have ranged from sound baths, loving kindness practice, writing workshops, four-week workshops of varying contemplative focus, Alumni meet-ups, book clubs, a week-long silent retreat and author talks/Q&As.

Thank you for being apart of our community and we are so grateful for your support!

IDP is solely supported by the generosity of individuals like you. Your contributions directly enable everyone to participate in our programs and events. Help us awaken the world by making a donation today.
