The process of healing includes the recognition that well-being can be found in any situation – and is available to everyone, no matter what the circumstances. When we are physically or emotionally struggling, we often believe our life is on hold until we are cured or our problems are resolved. The Path of Well-Being is the understanding that despite adverse conditions we can learn to develop compassion, wisdom, and even appreciation for our situation and our lives. With practice we can come to regard our struggles as an opportunity to deepen our relationship with ourself and others.
