April is Responsible Consumption Month @ The Interdependence Project

Interested in investigating your consumption habits? The ID Project will be offering workshops and resources for people in NYC and in our online community throughout April 2010.
We'll be teaming up with the No Impact Project to run a week-long intensive of consumption examination surrounding Earth Day, aptly dubbed "No Impact Week." where participants will be given a packet of daily instructions to run their own No Impact Experiment.
Whether you're looking to improve your personal health, your community health or the health of the planet, a good first step is to simply look deeply at what is going on. The Interdependence Project offers a unique addition to traditional activism in that we incorporate awareness meditation and reflection into each stage of action. This allows us to see more clearly all of the ways in which our habits ripple outwards, affecting the entire planet.
